I purchased my red light therapy and received it in mid June. I have used it every day. Today is August 5 and I have had no change in my Tennitus. What a waste of money.

Not sure how you could improve the product. There is no difference in my husband hearing. None O zilch nada nothing. My husband still can hear very lettle.
To my surprise, after one month I definitely found myself turning my normal TV volume settings down and still improving. I was more interested in possibly alleviating my tinnitus but that has not significantly changed.
This device did NOT improve my hearing at all. I still have the volume up to 100 on the tv if I do not have my hearing aids in. I am still trying though and using this device on a daily basis.
